The legally binding signal is the warning light at the lake. LakeAlert cannot exclude technical malfunctions, delays, or outages. Use is at your own risk.
LakeAlert accepts no liability for damages arising from the use or non-use of the service, to the extent permitted by law. Liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence remains reserved.
